The Laval Hunter Valley Equity Fund (Fund) is an Australian unit trust issued by Alpha Node Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 603 150 634, ABN 46 603 150 634, AFSL 479974) as trustee of the Fund. Mondari Capital Advisors Pty Ltd (ACN 685 634 495) has been appointed as Investment Manager and is authorised to arrange the Offer under CAR 1318060 of Alpha Node Advisors Pty Ltd (ACN 154 320 000, AFSL 416956).

The Offer is available to eligible Wholesale Investors only. The Fund is seeking to raise $15,000,000 to acquire, via an SPV, a 20% equity interest in HVL Hotels Pty Limited. Investors subscribe for Units in the Fund and receive indirect exposure to the equity performance of HVL Hotels.
